Yesterday I upgraded the valkyrie from +7 to +8 and everything was fine. I couldn't put the trial set to +8. I tried with both bus and trina. The message was - The items required for upgrade does not match. please help

Hello, My character’s name is The_Virtuoso. I had a Platinum Bar in my inventory. I purchased a scroll from the Scrolls National Enchanter to test it. After using it, I threw the scroll away in the trash. I am completely certain that I discarded the scroll, not the Platinum Bar. Afterwards, I tried to sell the Platinum Bar to Sundries, but it could not be sold. I also tried to leave it with the Inn Hostess, but that was not possible either. I then logged out of the game and logged back into my account. When I logged back in, I noticed that the Platinum Bar had completely disappeared from my inventory. Could you please check the logs and investigate what happened to my Platinum Bar? I would greatly appreciate your help in recovering the item if possible. The incident occurred approximately between 23:40 and 00:00 server time. Thank you for your assistance.
