@nikos32 Do you sure they are same person? What will be the outcome if the punishment is given incorrectly? Will it only result in the lifting of the bans? Will those who made the wrong decision and reported face any consequences?

They are not abusing anything. If we didn't want players to be able to earn blood shards by luring, we would not have allowed it in the first place. The concept of blood shards was to bring more players into bowl, not only geared players. The existing bowl monsters are mostly controlled by geared players, so beginner or less-geared players usually don't stand a chance. However, with some risk, they can play around the edges of bowl. So the idea was to allow players to lure monsters into the bowl or summon them using Master Boss Scrolls or Celestial Summoning Scrolls for an additional reward (blood shards). This comes with the risk of having to fight random geared players (sins, warriors) who defend or gatekeep the bowl to stop farmers, which can also create more action (and more NPs, and if the farmer dies, more blood shards as well).
