I think MetRik used the word "abuse" to highlight that it's 99% gold bar sellers who farm blood shards. I've never seen a player who farms blood to gear up for himself so he can do pk. If you don't believe, just watch one of those beast farmers and track their IPs to see if they have any PK char. Nope. They are just parasites making money off your property Nikos. 🤗

First of all, the description is an official lie. The attack speed reduction is 30%, not 20%. I just checked the official steam version and it's still exactly like this. So, I assume we'll keep the same amount of reduction and just correct its description. Secondly, the debuff seems to be working fine. Are you sure you tested it with the basic attack (R)? As a warrior with Hell Breaker equipped, I dealt 4 hits in roughly 5 seconds without the debuff, and 4 hits in roughly 7 seconds with the debuff.
