Yes, please take care of cheaters, everyone is seling/buying GBs anyway. What a pointless ban

Hello, it's been a long time since I returned to the server (3-4 months) and during that time I've focused on strengthening my character. I don't understand why I was banned. I haven't harmed anyone. Some people, whom I don't want to name, asked me in-game if I was selling GB (in-game currency) and if they wanted to buy it, and I told them I wasn't, but that there were some websites that did. If I had an 8 character and was farming with macros and getting banned because of it, it wouldn't bother me, but getting banned for something that I think is pointless is unfortunately upsetting. I'm just curious what happened.

Hello, I own the character called MaDJacK. As far as I see I am not banned, my name is not on the ban or strike list. However game client tells me that my account is blocked. Can you explain what is the reason for that? Thanks,
