Anyone can climb that mountain; just because you can't doesn't mean it's a bug. Regarding this report from @zerotrust, it's entirely true, so don't deny that you're descending into the human town to bug the towers. In my opinion, that rule 9 you mentioned is very well applied in this report, which justifies a ban.  And then these retarded people complain about why there are no new users.
