I'm not sure what you found offensive in my post. Your initial contribution literally was: I'm sorry if that sounds harsh, but for any developer in the world, this type of feedback is considered unhelpful and generally isn't taken seriously. My post wasn't directed at you personally, it was in response to SexyKiss's post. Yes, we did discuss in-game 3 days after my post, and you quoted it 1 day after that discussion. Let's stick to what was actually said at the time. If he had spoken like this to a player I would have acted differently, but this kind of irony and toxicity doesn't really bother me personally. If I were to be objective I would have banned that person right away. That's not always the best solution.
