Strange, I've never seen anything like this before. And how happened it was not "Full Control". Looks like B4B4 hack.

I do not  have that folder "KnightOnline.exe.WebView2" folder, where would it be?

I have solved this issue. Very simple: Navigate to ProfessionalKO folder, locate the "KnightOnline.exe.WebView2" folder, right click it and select properties, then select the Security tab. Then simply make sure everything has "Full Control" checked. PowerUp store will now work properly.
