only turks don't know what is going on. Nikos and rest for sure understand situation when the npc are luring outside in war time. Fun is you have need find them after a war if they are survive outside cities, this is like with any other mobs and bosses, they don't back to the primary spot\place until you didn't near them. Different between npc and mob/boss, you have need kill npc to back him to primary place, unfortunately you can do it only in war time. And yes you have be patient with this.   p.s arch mage drake npc is back to linate after last war but i don't know what will be after next war ^^
