Much depends on interpretation. In my opinion full mp it's a powerful force, help alot against mobs and enemy, but without good buffs and eq he risk a lot too. I can suggest theory - he's stingy and greedy but his economy growing up so fast. Got big prizes and didn't spend a lot of money for it. This strategy working well with naive and pro equipment alliance in the random party events. But i didnt see illegal activity.  He is on the orc side right? so he also tricked the enemy. I saw he won humans King event! lol!     This looks illusionist mage! I don't think so - these are a cheats, just all going crazy with him. But this theory can be wrong, maybe he is just a lucky noob or really he is a cheater! Can you tell us precisely who is the second account with the same ip on the human side in the events?

I understand your arguments and agree with them. This should not happen and I appeal to the GM to solve it. But one thing won't let me sleep.
