The phrase "Except in connection with Virtual Goods" means that transactions involving Virtual Goods may be treated differently, depending on how they are defined and regulated elsewhere in the Legal Documents & Rules of Conduct. In other words, buying or selling items using anything other than in-game currency may constitute a violation of the Terms of Use. I've already seen the screenshots and I judge that there's lack of evidence in this particular case. This person doesn't seem to be serious at all. That's where I need to quote myself for one more time. That's why this case remains open, as we intend to revisit it whenever appropriate. This also ensures that any additional evidence can be submitted and reviewed accordingly.

I think you have missed smth There was a report made by TomatoDePotato at the date 14.April 2026 -  What can i see from there is multiple videos if we scroll the topic which are worth already more strike points then 1 which never happend at the day u said it or you gave him 1 strike point after 6 months of using macro priest everyday for pk on server? 30. Im not talking about regular macro player who plays 1 character, this one is using second chars with macro and this is fking... He deserves a perm ban for using second characters with macro in pk,this kind of activity is meaning more then just using a macro for pk. If u think its nice to give him 1 strike after 6 month of using macro on pk i will waste my time for upload smth newer.
