What kind of 'bug abuse' are you referring to? If you don't want monsters from outside the bowl or summoned monsters using scrolls to give blood shards, you can start a topic in the appropriate section to suggest it. However, this is not considered a bug but an intentional behaviour.

I know the rules. But this is a very unfair game. Players like him are killing this game. Today he wrote to me that if I leave him for 20 minutes he will leave me alone. I left him. But I wrote him a few juicy insults. I am not proud of it, but my emotions took over.

A player is allowed to have accounts in both nations. However, what is not allowed is using characters from both nations for things like NPT or signing up for events when both characters cannot be actively controlled (such as intentionally quitting after a successful join or staying idle with one of the characters during the event).
