Resolved Couldnt join event

I try to join FT today at 07.00 server time but couldnt.

I tried clicking at join button, typing register and joining from event NPC but still couldnt. Relog also same.

Please help.

Have you checked your LADDER POINTS? May be its not enough for event?

11.08.2023 update: 

• Removed the ability to register for FT, BDW, and JM events through the chat.

So, you cannot join an event by typing "register". Here are another possibilities:

• Joining an event is random. Clicking join first or last does not make sense. Even clicking after its capaticy is fulled, does not make sense again. Imagine a FT with 186/72 registered users, will be run with randomly selected people of 186
• Your ladder points may not be enough to join. Keep in mind ladder point is not the monthly national point. Ladder is different.

I know what a ladder point is, i have joined few FTs / JMs after it was resetted at the beginning of the month.

Will try to join the next event, i will post here if the problem still persists.

@JON since the last update, there has been an issue with the IP restriction.
even if you have an active premium service in both accounts, you are not allowed to register for events with IP restrictions.

it will be resolved in the upcoming updates.
