First of all, the description is an official lie. The attack speed reduction is 30%, not 20%. I just checked the official steam version and it's still exactly like this. So, I assume we'll keep the same amount of reduction and just correct its description. Secondly, the debuff seems to be working fine. Are you sure you tested it with the basic attack (R)? As a warrior with Hell Breaker equipped, I dealt 4 hits in roughly 5 seconds without the debuff, and 4 hits in roughly 7 seconds with the debuff.

If you try to farm in the same slot as this person, he will kill you with their staff sin, which belongs to the opposing faction. I don't have more evidence on this matter, but looking at the logged-in accounts, times, etc., I think the incident can be understood. Hello there! In my view the Slow skill (Priest debuff skill)  doesnt work at all, iv been using it in pvp alot and tested it on arena but  not feeling any dif and also it cant be cleared with cure. The idea itself is good that it cant be cured  but for now it doesnt work at all...      

thats very sad that people here using the server to benefit from it instead of joining, i dont support resetting the server but i do support for new ideas, would be nice if nikos wont ignore the reasonable that play the server and give suggestions,
