Alliances are not permitted in CSW, it has been observed that the gates were intentionally opened for specific individuals, allowing them to capture the artifact. 
This behavior is considered illegal, the castle was captured through unauthorized means, and those involved are requested to take responsibility for their actions.

SkhizeiN was banned due to receiving clan leadership while the clan leader was already banned for this exact reason. 
You wanted to capture the castle this way and you did it, however, you are not allowed to take any of the moradon or delos tax income, but only to kill the Isiloon boss.
If RebellioN and xesiP also take the clan leadership before the next CSW, they will face similar consequences.
Alternatively, a request can be made to lose castle ownership, which would result in the lifting of associated bans.

As @Dominiko said, why aren't you showing us the footage of the last 8 minutes ?

If GM notices this, he breaks the door.  Can you answer the other questions? For example, 2 big clans agree and block in front of the door

Where does it say that it is a violation of the rules to make an alliance or open and close the door.  Answer This Don't be egotistical.

Just to get it right.

If we winning the castle we are not allowed to open the gates for our ally clan?

what if we are 60 people and we need to have 2 clans ? only 1 clan gets to go in?

most of the clans big or small have another clan as an ally on csw war since the beginning of the game and that was never an issue.

Lift the bans and give them a strike.

There shouldnt be a punishment since there is no Official rule about it.

I think there wasnt a rule that said u cant do it, a lot of ppl do many allys and make 3-4 pts in one clan but also some ppl havent enough players to do that kind of things, in this case what this ppl do was strategy, ofc everyone wanna to win the castle cos u have a good reward as isiloon, this clan didnt do anything ilegal or take adventage of any bug, they just open and close the door, is same a lot of assas can enter with victory or theking, another clans can use key to enter from wall's, IDK WHO WAS THE ONE THAT REPORT THIS AS BUG ABUSE but this ban look unfair to most of ppl in server, they did it good with good coordination , i hope this ppl get unban soon cos isnt only their clan that look it unfair, most of ppl say that is unfair ban for one strategy

even other rival clans think and voice that the situation is wrong. The situation is "INJUSTICE". The Victory clan stated that they would even respect this injustice. You can get the castle to unban friends
