  • The Christmas event has started and will last for 2 weeks;
    • Snowmen and trees spawn outside of Moradon, as well as inside and around the bowl of Colony Zone and Ronark Land, every 5-7 minutes.
      • They can only be hit with a basic attack, and they drop ornaments and snowman transform scrolls.
        • The ornaments can be exchanged with [Sexy Santa] Parfait in Moradon for a random PUS item, as well as a selfname restore scroll, 2000 HP, and 350 AC buff scrolls.
  • A new level 60 attack skill has been added for priests.
    • It deals 200% of the regular damage plus an additional 225 damage and has a 1-second cooldown.
  • A new skill has been added for the deathmatch event.
    • It deals a fixed 2000 AoE damage and has a 60-second cooldown.
  • The stats for account-bound rings and belts have been slightly nerfed.
  • The use of the Sacrifice skill has been disabled in the Forgotten Temple.
  • Fixed some collision issues with single and AoE projectile skills, which also resolves the burst skill issue in abyss zones.
  • Fixed a clan leader transfer issue that occurs during lunar wars when the clan leader is eligible as captain.
    • You are no longer permitted to change clan leadership during an ongoing lunar war.
  • Characters transformed into monsters are now properly monitored by the anti-AFK/macro system.
  • Made some fixes and improvements to the anti-AFK/macro captcha system, resulting in characters that stay in the same spot for too long receiving captchas more frequently.
  • The Karus female transformation scroll can now also be used by unmastered Karus mages.
  • The drop rate from Orc Watcher and Grell monsters has been slightly decreased.
  • The drop rate from Darkmare in Colony Zone and Ronark Land has been slightly increased.
  • Several improvements have been made to FPS and overall performance.
  • The Option Editor has been updated;
    • Added a new option in the option editor that allows you to enable or disable the zoom on right click.
    • The rendering of wings option has now been moved to the "render (extra)" tab.
    • You can now apply most settings, such as changing the resolution (excluding swapping from windowed to fullscreen mode), while in-game without needing to restart the game.
    • The extended visibility option has been deprecated;
      • You now have the ability to customize render settings, such as the visibility/quality of character and object models, capes, and clan symbols, etc., including a high population threshold that you can adjust yourself.
      • As the default draw limit was reverted, you may consider raising it if some in-game effects no longer show.

  • El evento navideño ha comenzado y tendrá una duración de 2 semanas;
    • Los muñecos de nieve y los árboles aparecen fuera de Moradon, así como dentro y alrededor del cuenco de Colony Zone y Ronark Land, cada 5 a 7 minutos.

The settings below are split into two sections: "High population areas" and "Low population areas". What determines if an area has a high population is if it has at least "High population threshold" players/NPCs/monsters in it.

So as one such example, you can use this to say, enable showing wings only in "Low population areas", while keeping them disabled in "High population areas". That way, in areas like Moradon where there's a ton of people in one area, your FPS doesn't tank as hard. Meanwhile, in the "Low population areas", where you have no problem displaying that stuff, you can tweak things up a bit so you can have better baseline visuals instead.

The model level-of-detail (LOD) settings generally just enforce a minimum level-of-detail regardless of distance (unless otherwise specified), so you might configure a minimum of "Low" to not drop the models down to basically potato quality (i.e. "Lowest") when they're reasonably far away.
There is another side-effect (mentioned in the note below the dropdown) that having a minimum level-of-detail enabled ensures that the model is even rendered. Ordinarily, when a character model is too far away, for example, it will simply not render at all, which can be confusing. This is defaulted (but custom) to render them at lowest quality instead of nothing (i.e. when the minimum is disabled).

Generally if you're unsure you can just not touch them. As the warning at the top states, most changes from defaults will decrease performance (or consume more memory). Disabling any of these settings EXCEPT for the distance caps will result in increased performance, at the expense of visuals.

For the most part, these settings were in place before but dictated automatically. This caused unnecessary performance concerns, especially on some systems, so rather than disabling it all outright or providing simple toggles, we figured we'd give you guys the power of customisation, to be able to tweak as fits best for your setup. :)

я заметил большую разницу в FPS. раньше через 2-3 часа игра была очень медленной и тормозила, когда в команде были воины (warriors). нет значения какая система, параметры устройства или настройки в игре. все равно тормозило. но теперь и после 20 часа в игре не тормозит. Очень хорошее обновление для воина (warrior). 🙂☑️
