Due to a mistake I made, a penalty has been applied to my account, and at this point, I kindly request that the penalty on my account be changed to a different one rather than a ban. This situation genuinely saddens me because I love the game and spending time with my friends is invaluable to me. Please understand that I am aware of my mistakes and want to rectify them in a way that ensures they won't happen again.
