I think it is noticeable that there are players with some characters created for voting, since the requirement is very low. In view of this, we believe that a vote from the first days of the month would be fairer, since no one would have more than one account for the voting requirements in NP and Ladder. Server needs to be restarted to start a king election so it's hard to make it always on the 1st day every month until we are able to start it on the fly. 2.
