  1. Damage received from enemy player DoT effects, as well as from monsters, will now display the attacker's name on the information window. If the attacker is not near your region, it will not display the attacker's name, but at least it will display the amount of damage received (officially, it would not display anything at all in this case). Updated the scaling of certain UI elements, like images and tooltips to match with the latest official versions' behaviour. You can no longer earn NPs in the Deathmatch event when killing enemies, but only once every minute and at the end of the event if you make it in the top 5. Characters leaving from the Last Nation Standing event under certain conditions may not receive rewards if their nation happens to be the winning nation. The winning nation in the Last Nation Standing event may not earn any rewards if abuse is detected, such as winning the event with a score of 1:0. Reduced the required distance for party members to count monster kills toward their quest progress by half. The respawn time of NPC Metrodora [Buffs] is now much shorter in CZ and RL. Added HP bonus, Cold resistance, and Poison resistance to the Syphioric Shield. Added NPCs [Blacksmith] Galrindir and Fendril in CZ and RL Town Bases. Unlike Moradon’s Eldrindir, those two can only exchange Valkyrie, Gryphon, and Bahamut armor pieces. The slow rate of master skills (such as Scream) has been increased. Their rate used to be lower because they require fewer skill points, which is quite an unfair official issue. Fixed an issue where CZ/RL monuments could be hit by AoE damage, even when the attacker's nation was the same as the monuments'. Fixed a very rare issue where a clan in a clan war would earn double points per kill. This has only occurred once, making the cause unclear. There's a chance a clan might appear twice in the clan rankings until the issue is fully addressed, but no benefits will be gained from it. Fixed an issue where a few monster skills, like Orc Bandit Leader's MP drain skill, would stun characters. Fixed a DirectX 9 issue where snowflakes did not appear during snowy weather. Fixed an official issue where the character would continue moving when the Power-Up Store opened; movement now properly stops when it opens.   5. These reports are not entirely accurate. The slowdown rate remains the same whether the target has Light Feet active or not. The target will still be slowed down even if Light Feet is active, as long as it is within the limit of the rate. One thing you did mention is correct: casting Leg Cutting or Scream on a target with Light Feet active extends the duration of their Light Feet. It is still unclear whether this behaviour is an official v1298 bug, and we are continuing to investigate the issue. Another point to mention is that the reason Scream is so rarely successful in slowing down the enemy is due to a general issue with master skills, which require fewer skill points. This affects the skill's effectiveness. This is an official issue, but we are planning to apply a slight boost to improve its effectiveness.

  10. The Christmas event has started and will last for 2 weeks; Snowmen and trees spawn outside of Moradon, as well as inside and around the bowl of Colony Zone and Ronark Land, every 5-7 minutes. They can only be hit with a basic attack, and they drop ornaments and snowman transform scrolls. The ornaments can be exchanged with [Sexy Santa] Parfait in Moradon for a random PUS item, as well as a selfname restore scroll, 2000 HP, and 350 AC buff scrolls. Item reward UI: The reward UI will now reappear even when there is only one reward in the queue after performing Shift + C. The UI will no longer disappear when right-clicking on NPCs.   11. This bug has been addressed and will be fixed as soon as possible. It is the same as this one: and it does not affect only item icons, but skill icons too.

  13. What kind of 'bug abuse' are you referring to? If you don't want monsters from outside the bowl or summoned monsters using scrolls to give blood shards, you can start a topic in the appropriate section to suggest it. However, this is not considered a bug but an intentional behaviour.
  14. A player is allowed to have accounts in both nations. However, what is not allowed is using characters from both nations for things like NPT or signing up for events when both characters cannot be actively controlled (such as intentionally quitting after a successful join or staying idle with one of the characters during the event).

  19. @Joethsucristo it doesn't seem to be intentional. BILOBASGAAAN had 32 kills from starving, and starving had 6 kills from BILOBASGAAAN. you also killed BILOBASGAAAN 6 times and starving 4 times. is this the only DM reported, or are there more?
