Fixed the target/attack issue on the ice map of the BDW event. Fixed character position issues occurring during teleportation with skills. Fixed a nation transfer issue that prevented Karus characters from being transferred to Elmorad due to an incorrect imbalance between nations. Fixed an issue where characters transformed into Goku weren't transparent when using stealth skills. Fixed an issue where dragging and dropping transformation scrolls onto an existing skill on the skillbar would remove the existing skill instead of replacing it. Fixed the issue where selecting Transparent Inventory in the options editor did not work for the ROFD UI skin.
