Some unexpected news: the provider has implemented measures on Thursday to prevent the attacks, which appears to be working effectively so far. Despite this, we are currently still working on our end to implement a more permanent, future-proof solution to ensure that any necessary changes can be put into effect more swiftly, avoiding the delay we experienced during the previous three-day period. The server has been under a DDoS attack since 5 AM on March 4th. Despite the attacks not being exceptionally large (around 50,000 bots) and the attacker being predictable, they still manage to bleed through enough traffic from their relatively small ~10 Gbps (at peak) attack to saturate our network. Surprisingly, the host's current anti-DDoS measures cannot filter them properly. Since we have exhausted our options with the firewall settings provided by our provider, we are planning more significant actions to effectively counter and permanently mitigate these attacks, with the goal of resolving the issue within the next 24 hours or, at the latest, by Friday. We want to thank everyone who has been supportive – one, for playing the game, and two, for purchasing KC during the last 3 days despite the many disconnection issues. which bifrost event was it? were you hit by a mage or by a monster? did it happen when the Bifrost event ended and were you automatically kicked out to Moradon? were you already dead during the teleport? by store, do you mean merchant? if so, did you setup the merchant and went afk for 20 minutes after being kicked out (or teleported manually) to Moradon) is what you say?

that actually wasn't the reason of your ban. but that you made multiple stream (kerberos3542, kerberos4235) and game (bLood, battlearea) accounts just for the rewards, while you were already streaming and playing as xVdekjeNNNNNN. notice that the character xVdekjeNNNNNN is not banned; only the specific characters you attempted to exploit with have been banned.
