Ban Appeal for Hennessy

Hello Nikos & Game Masters,

GM_DUCAL stated that he conveyed the situation to you, so I postponed opening a topic in the forum because action would be taken, but since no decision has been made yet, I felt the need to open this topic now.

Last night, my character ''Hennessy'' has been banned due to 3rd Party Tools. I was using my own mouse's autoclick programme and Visual Basic 6 (VB6) microsoft data language programme for mob limitation. I put some ss for you to see how it works basicly for limitation to attacking other mobs. (I was farming at loup garou in front of EM Castle and hp of mob is 1245).

Firstly, this is just a slot limitation, nothing more. I explained the situation to GM_Odin & GM_Ducal and they listened me very kindly and also they stated that is forbidden and Nikos will make the final decision. As an old player in here previous servers and also in other private servers and USKO, this was the first time that i get banned. I was informed by GM's that this needs a punishment, which is understandable for me also. But as i explained before this is my first experience to get banned for this issue and i will be punished for this in innocent situation in my opinion.

And secondly, If I had known that there was even a 1% chance of getting banned for using VB6 i wouldn't use my main character ''Hennessy'' which has lots of items&money and also sn+7. and also i was killing loup garou which can be killed by 30 lvl warrior with two handed sword+8.

I just learned from GM's yesterday night that capturing hp on the screen is also prohibited through the code I wrote in VB6. I would like to state that I respect any decision you make, but even though the ban you will make is fair, it will not be merciful because of what I have said above.
