MY ACCOUNT BEEN HACKED (PART 2 POST)

Helo GMs, ive made a post about my account been hack before. i lost all of my valuable items and GBs on my account. Post had been made on Saturday at 12:16 PM , but until now i didnt get anything or any solution from GM's. The person who hack my account had been identified and alredy banned, but still i didnt get any of my things back. My discord, Forum and in-game DMs to Gm_Nikos are been ignored, maybe this is how GMs should treat NON-PREMIUM player like me?

Hey there, first of all sorry for the inconveniences.

Part by part, Nikos has already answered you and might be taking a deeper look on it. Your post has not been ignored nor NON-PREMIUM users are threaten differently than donators. Be patience while your case is investigated please.

I know it takes time but don't keep silent and ignore player like that, at least let me know that further investigation or what so ever is taking place, that's all.

Btw, thanks a lot for the attention, Please let me know if there's a recent update about my case later.
