Select "get begineer items" you will get the LEVEL UP Scroll. REQUIREMENT: 1) lvl 30+ 2) Taking off all your equipped items (like when you restat) 3) Put the lvl scroll in your skill bar and use it. Enjoy! P.S.You can also get old accessories and PUS premium pots from teh same npc.
