To use the buff skills, acquire Runes of Ultima by purchasing vouchers from the PUS or by participating in events. Visit NPC Selith at Moradon town to complete the exchange. HP Scroll 2000(L) requires 3 Runes of Ultima. Scroll of Armor 350(L) requires 3 Runes of Ultima. Weapon Enchant Scroll requires 3 Runes of Ultima. Armor Enchant Scroll requires 3 Runes of Ultima. Scroll of Lion Strength(L) requires 3 Runes of Ultima. Speed Potion requires 1 Rune of Ultima.
