You can get the beginner package either from Captain Kunabarl or Event Manager NPCs. Select "get begineer items" you will get the LEVEL UP Scroll. REQUIREMENT: 1) lvl 30+ 2) Taking off all your equipped items (like when you restat) 3) Put the lvl scroll in your skill bar and use it. Enjoy!
