When did the abuse of things for individual or team advantage become unpunishable ? other than the castle gates, which now are. Nobody ever reported this kind of abuse before, hence the reason why nobody was punished until then.

and BF rings can only be equipped by mages in any KO you played before, so what does that even mean.

The duration of light feet is 10 seconds so there's no actual benefits from LF's cooldown being 1s. You only have the opportunity to use LF again after using cure curse, because it's unfair for a rogue to be slower than a warrior/priest/mage while LF is not active. Ideally, LF's cooldown should reset when cure curse is used, but that's not possible yet, hence the reason why the LF's cooldown was reduced back then. So, giving an example like setting spike's CD to 1s literally makes no sense.

Well, if you truly need to farm as an archer (and vice versa) multiple times in a day, then you should probably consider creating an archer. Switching between assassin and archer multiple times within a day could be considered excessive and potentially abusive. The rogue class is unique in that it has access to two different classes, which is why reskilling is not available for free permanently.
