Wings of Hero " New Merchant Token"

I've spent weeks to gather the materials to obtain the Wing of Hero , when i got all the required materials to Exchange it for the wings , a new system was implemented without prior notice which is the disable of Merchant token [1] and Enabling Merchant token [2] , The FT Coupon NPC Require Merchant tokens it doesn't stat if  it is 1 or 2 , so i went ahead to exchange my materials for the wings and i found out I'm unable to do it and it now requires only Merchant tokens [2] which is obtainable starting today and i can exchange my old tokens for the new ones at the Rate of 2:1 , this is not fair. There was no prior announcement to this system , if i knew this would happen i wouldn't bother to collect all the stuff and just purchase the wings directly from other player.
