    Issue Description:
    If your client crashes after casting a skill or teleporting to a new zone, this is often due to corrupt or outdated files.

    Solution:
    Please ensure you are using the latest version of the client.

    2. Client Does Not Open (Potential Antivirus Issue)

    Issue Description:
    Some players have reported that the client fails to open or operate correctly, which could be due to interference from antivirus software, particularly Norton.

    Solution:
    If you have Norton antivirus then add our client folder to its exclusion list. If the issue persists and your Norton antivirus is without a current subscription, consider uninstalling the antivirus software to see if this resolves the problem.     If you are experiencing unexpected client shutdowns, especially when Overwolf BUFF APP is activated, it might be interfering with our game anticheat. By default, Overwolf activates Knight Online in its settings, triggering the client shutdown.

    Solution:
    To resolve this issue, either turn off Knight Online in the Overwolf settings or close Overwolf while playing. This should prevent the interference and keep your game client running smoothly.

    Disabling Knight Online in Overwolf - Step 1: Identifying Overwolf Icon in Windows Tray

    1. Look for the Overwolf icon in your Windows tray area. It typically appears as a small icon.

    4. MicrosoftEdgeWebview2Setup errors for Windows 7 & Windows 8.1 users
     
    Issue Description:
    If you encounter unexpected installation errors related to Edge WebView2 after clicking 'Start' on the Launcher, it may be because Microsoft Edge is not installed on your operating system. Furthermore, support for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 has been deprecated. As a result, the last supported version is 109, which cannot be installed using the online installer. Therefore, manual installation is necessary.
     
    Solution:
    To resolve this issue, download the Microsoft Edge-Stable Channel Version 109 Update for x86 based Editions (Build 109.0.1518.140). Install it and then run Launcher.exe. This will start the MicrosoftEdgeWebview2Setup process for a short time period. Once it's completed, run Launcher.exe again, and our game client will open.
     
    However, it is crucial to note that even Windows 10, while currently supported, is becoming outdated. Therefore, we highly recommend upgrading to the latest operating system, such as Windows 11. Continuing to use outdated operating systems poses security risks and may lead to compatibility issues with newer software.

    It happened sometimes before too but didn't know what the reason was. Today i tested and found out frozen blade skill is the reason. I used it on scarecrows too and everytime i used the client frozen, shut down. It was not so often before i many times used this skill before. Btw i use glacier erenion +6 might make things easy to solve.

    it seems that you have not downloaded our client which was released on December?

    If I want to farm Titans/Booros I have to be almost getting a cramp in my hands to keep everyone alive (since attackers are chaotic), keep everything debuffed ASAP while being aware if 5555555 comes and heal ur mage or debuff asap. You get like 1 drop for an hour doing these + cramp.

     

    I want to suggest that the user base aren't 9 year olds like before that could be bursting their hands and backin a sitting position for hours to be rewarded with low drops from core activities like farming.

    My question is, what is being done to make sure INT priests are also favored in drops from events and etc?

    rainbow goblin can be equally killed by every class, all you have to do is to unequip your weapons

    there's bounty event which is just for mages and priests

    there is also KC party reward only to int priests and mages during the Kill the GM event

  22. Auto loot bug

    around 20:30 and 22:30 duke got decreased  %75 of its hp by my brother and orcs are killed him. (my brother who i playing with in the same room). While he's auto loot was on and i was at the party at the same time, i was watching his screen while its happening. Orcs killed duke immediately without luring it or waiting for a while, and its hp was %20 left. He aint got coins or visual of drop box.

    That's quite a big timeframe, but anyhow, Duke was killed at 2023/12/28 21:27:48 and it was IKZ and his party who had won the loot box.
    It had dropped a Ring of Courage but looks like they didn't manage to loot it.

    While my auto loot was on too i was killing Lycaon, there was only 8 k hp left of it (almost %85 of it got hit by me) and orcs came and killed me, while they killed me they hit lycaon too. When i got dead, lycaon got felt off less than a second and there was no drop or any visual of drop box. 

    Lycaon was killed at 2023/12/29 03:41:47 and it was CBUM who had won the loot box.
    There were no items dropped other than coins.
