Due to the DC issues between 5 AM on March 4th and 10 AM on March 7th: 1560 players who were affected have received the following: The balance in your PUS has increased, ranging from 15 KC up to 750 KC, depending on your relog attempts. If you were one of those affected but see no KC added to your main account, you need to check the account you logged into the most during that timeframe. Accounts with an active premium service have their duration increased by 7 days. A 3-day bronze premium service has been activated for accounts that did not have any premium service. Those who purchased KC during that timeframe, despite the DC issues, have just received an additional 10% of the purchased KC. However, if you are seeking a refund, please ensure that you collect and retain the purchased KC that you may have spent back to your PUS balance. Do not spend any additional KC, and then contact us via a personal message to request the refund. Thank you once again for your understanding and support.
