I think you mean Unpunished I um uncertain what inpunished means, and yes it seems alot use it and get away with it, if you cheat it takes a lot to have you banned, but if you swear 3 times - instant ban. or ask too many questions ban's are threatened as peoples feelings are more important then people buying items for TL or USD or cheating in general. This is the world/server we play on, I dare say if you don't like it find another
this place isn't likely to change. - although its hardly Mr Nikos's fault he can't do it all and relies on his staff to punish accordingly but it does seem race comes into play too often.

Granted @nikos32can't be everywhere, and has his own life no doubt, but it seems if you curse in Turkish = mute/ban but for people that buy items for USD or TL - extensively pay to win and the GM's seem to turn a blind eye... its disappointing to say the least.
