I have an MSI laptop. It's only been 1 week since I got it. I can log into the game very quickly and easily. But there are two separate problems. No matter what I did, I couldn't figure it out.
The first problem is that the game closes 5-10 seconds after the character enters the game.
The second problem is that if the game is not closed, the screen freezes within 5 or 10 minutes. The character is in the game and I can move it, but I don't know what I'm doing because the screen is frozen. I can see this from my old computer.In this case, alt-Tab is performed and I can use the computer, but the game screen remains frozen.
Note: I tried the Laptop dGPU Correction option but it didn't work.

16GB Ram / Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics

İkinci problem ise eğer oyun kapanmazsa 5-10 dakika içerisinde ekran donuyor. Karakter oyunda ve onu hareket ettirebiliyorum ama ekran donduğu için ne yaptığımı bilmiyorum. Bunu eski bilgisayarımdan görebiliyorum. Bu durumda alt-Tab yapılıyor ve bilgisayarı kullanabiliyorum ancak oyun ekranı donmuş kalıyor.
Not:Laptop dGPU Düzeltme seçeneğini denedim ancak işe yaramadı.
