I think Talia armor should be removed or at least be nerfed (lower weapon defense or making the quest materials collection much more difficult to be completed), this armor isn't balanced at all as it is almost impossible to kill someone while he's using this armor - even when chasing a guy in 2 vs 1.
nowadays almost everyone are using this armor and it's making PK boring and frustrating when someone is in trouble he just put this lame armor and run away...
