Well he still can increase price of Scrolls in NPC so it will decrease money on server like put scrolls 30-45m each

I dont understand decreasing 10% of mage dmg , We still cant full clear meele partys 1v1 . With this 10 % 7 mages novas its like they recieve 1 nova less then before ... if nova hits 800 its decreased by 10% its 80 dmg x 7 = 560dmg decrease each nova.
