Hi there, my client shut itself down after 4-5 hours of being in game. Not sure what causes this. Can anyone help?

Does the client shut itself while loading a zone, or does it happen at random times?

I just turned off "Window Defender" and "Real Time Protection" permanently and I still get my client shut down. I'm not getting "disconnected from server" client is just closing itself after the 5th hour. What could cause this issue? nobody knows?

Nah

I gave up on broken stuff like this, or like many others in the server.

His problem is not a server's issue.

Yeah I'm not familiar with how these things work.. According to his description I have a similar issue.

I wonder if it's something that can be fixed cause I remember I could stay logged for a week without my client crashing.

I need to know when yours is crashing.

You'll need to make a copy of the soacslog.ext file before running the client again, and send it to me.

Thanks for checking my soacs.log @nikos32 but I'll say this, I didn't have this issue on other KO PVP's before.

Each server has its own anti-cheat system and its own issues. From what you've reported, the issue consistently occurs after a period of inactivity, which strongly suggests it is related to idle-time conditions. This could be caused by power-saving features such as sleep mode or a screensaver, or background processes triggered during idle time. For example, Windows Defender scans or automatic update services (such as NVIDIA App) may run when the system is idle.

In all cases, your client does not crash immediately but hangs over time. This behaviour is unusual because it should not depend specifically on idle state. For that reason, a memory overflow issue on our side is unlikely. However, it's hard to tell without spending a good amount of time taking a look on your PC's settings.

If I make the copy and send it, can I log again right after or should I wait till after you reply?
