Official Report & Ban Request – Suspected User: LaCosaNostra / Zaknafein (Dual-Nation Abuse / Event Manipulation)

Executive Summary

Dear GM @nikos32, 

This report is being filed to address a severe breach of server ethics and fair play. A user identified by the aliases LaCosaNostra (El Morad) https://www.professionalko.com/?page=char&id=LaCosaNostra; and Zaknafein (Karus) https://www.professionalko.com/?page=char&id=Zaknafein has been observed engaging in dual-nation abuse to gain an unfair advantage during the recent Juraid (JM) event, as well as during standard Colony Zone (CZ) warfare.

 

This behavior undermines the integrity of the Nation vs. Nation (NVN) system that defines Knight Online. I request an immediate review of the server logs and subsequent permanent action against the accounts involved.

 

 Incident Details (Juraid Mountain Event)

Date of Incident:** March 2, 2026

Server Time:** 16:00

Event:* Juraid Mountain (JM)

Primary Evidence:

    - The user was actively participating in the Juraid event under the El Morad identity: LaCosaNostra. & Zaknafein as Karus identity

    - After the  4th segment of the event concluded which is the final part PK + destroying the monument, the user logged out of the El Morad (LaCosaNostra) character.

    - By switching nations mid-event, this player effectively ensured that his "team" (Karus) retained a numerical or tactical advantage, or that his original nation (ElMorad) suffered a disadvantage due to his absence in the later segments.

 

Secondary Complaint (Colony Zone Pattern)

This is not an isolated incident regarding this specific IP Address / User. There is a recurring suspicion regarding this player's activity in the Colony Zone (CZ).

- It is alleged that the user utilizes these two accounts to monitor enemy nation movements and coordinate unfair advantages.

- By having a character in both nations, the user can effectively "see both sides of the map," removing the fog of war and allowing him to secure unfair kills and avoid dangerous situations, which is strictly prohibited under the ProfKO Fair Play policy.

 

Code of Conduct Violations

This action violates the following server rules :

1.  Dual-Nation Abuse: Strict prohibition against logging into opposing nation characters to manipulate events or gain tactical information.

2.  Unfair Advantage: Utilizing knowledge from one nation to benefit the actions of the other.

3.  Event Manipulation: Intentionally disrupting the balance of an official server event (Juraid) for personal or factional gain.

 

### Requested Action

I request that the Administration Team take the following steps:

 

1.  Log Review: Check the IP Address / Hardware ID (HWID) associated with LaCosaNostra and Zaknafein to confirm they belong to the same user.

2.  Server Logs (2nd March 2026, 16:00): Verify the log-out/log-in timestamps during the Juraid event.

3.  CZ Logs: Review recent Colony Zone kill/death logs to see if the pattern of "insider knowledge" appears consistent with this user's behavior.

 

This type of unethical gameplay damages the server population and drives away legitimate players. I urge you to take decisive action to ensure the fairness of future events.

Nice detailed report I totally agree on this. This is not the only guy doing this obviously so my suggestion is : Disable beeing able to log a char of the opposite nation at the same time with your primary nation to  get information or any other advantages and problem solved.

The characters received a strike. Rule #7 will be updated to reflect the actual reason for the ban (participating in events with multiple characters simultaneously).
