I have problem with login to the game and connection (every 10 min dc or reconection) i also noticed something wrong in my profile on the site. I use vpn but any location i chose and use, in the panel displayed always the same ip address - Switzerland ip (but this is not my original ip address and not from my vpn) Looks like game gave me one unique ip address from the Switerzland and gradually blocked connection from my device. I checked my ip address based on vpn in the another sites and there displayed correctly. The problem was started 2 days ago.

what i have already done:
 i debugged character in the panel, 
 i checked system for a viruses,
 i closed my antivirus. 
 I checked the ping in the cmd, internet working good there, i don't have problems with using internet, the sites working normally, the professionalko.com working good too.
 I reinstall game (updates dosnt uploaded - ftp error, blocked conecction)
 I was copy folder with full game from another device, and back to the game with spam of disconnections and reconnections again. p.s  in another device game working without problems 
i use another network card but too same problem
 i didnt make any system/vpn/antivirus updates in this time, my internet connection working good, i dont think it is from my device.

someone have similar problem? any suggestions?

i didnt do nothing more, stable connection is back. now working good.
