Dear Mark community i think is not problem with the pus but with your mind, at first use the device more gently at second don't use device when you are drunk or drugged. You need to change the system of your thinking for more suitable, more details, reasons and instructions you can find in this video, let us know when you have enough, we will check you are ready girls. It makes no difference if i click yes or no, i cant buy anything from PUS i.e. gold prem so i can farm money and items, its very annoying.

  • Close the game completely.

  • Open Internet Options in Windows (search for it in the Start menu).

  • Go to the Advanced tab.

  • Under Browsing, check these boxes:

    • ✅ Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)

    • ✅ Disable script debugging (Other)

    • ✅ Display a notification about every script erroruncheck this (so you don’t see pop-ups).

  • Click Apply and OK 

    Run as Administrator
     

  • Go to your game folder → look for a subfolder like ui, uiscripts, or powerupstore.

  • If the server provides a “repair” or “verify files” option in the launcher, run it — it can replace broken JS or HTML files.

  • Avoid copying old Data or UI folders from previous installs; mismatched versions can break scripts like add_cart

I had the same problem, the problem appeared 2-3 years ago after one from the game updates on my 2 notebooks in the same time, I didn't find solution to fix it. After few months I reinstalled the system from windows 7 to windows 8, and now works. This means on windows 7 doesn't work, on windows 8 works.

That is common problem about Internet Explorer. Which we are using Microsoft Edge now but the PUS is using IE. I saw you already fixed your problem but if someone else have a same problem they should be try to fix/update their IE.This should be one of solutions as well. If nikos was around here, I think he can offer different solutions.

I have solved this issue. Very simple: Navigate to ProfessionalKO folder, locate the "KnightOnline.exe.WebView2" folder, right click it and select properties, then select the Security tab. Then simply make sure everything has "Full Control" checked. PowerUp store will now work properly.

I do not  have that folder "KnightOnline.exe.WebView2" folder, where would it be?
