-+9 and +2 opened 

   but ft necklace and ft belt +2 are not open yet

-Increased the upgrade rate from +8 to 2%, and set the rate for +9 to 1%.

-For +8, the trina upgrade rate has been increased to 4%, and for +9, the trina upgrade rate has been set to 3%.

-With Twostars's piece, the +1 is still 60%, with +2 this rate is set to 50%

ALENCIA WING  added 

-The required items to obtain this wing are as follows

   500x Leather strips

   500x Leather

   250x Dragon Bone

   50x Silver Ingots

   50x Ebony Ingots

   50x Refined Brimstones

   20x poison essence 20x Lightning essence 20x ice essence 20x fire essence

    4000x Medal of Courage and 50x ft coupon

    1x Phoenix Wings  3 and Butterfly Wings

- bf and gem drops added for monster stone

    CHD/murky/sherion/avedon etc.

i dont agree +9 / +2 .

Upgrade papers should not drop everywhere, they should be reduced. +9 and +2 are very good. Finally, someone heard our voice.

I'm skeptical on +9.

I do think +2 makes sense for things like rogue earrings, rings of life, and other more obsolete uniques to make them useful again. 

I like your thoughts on the wings and the idea on drops in monster stones to make those relevant again.
