Constant DC

Hello,

I have been having some issues lately which kept me offline for a couple of days now.

Every time when I log on, I simply get DC after a few minutes of being online, and when I try to log back, the launcher shows as if the server is closed.

I already tried to reinstall the game, restarted my router, called my network company, changed my IP, couldn't find any packet loss or anything to cause these weird DCs.

I have to mention that it happens for over 5 days now so it's not something that passes and I can't play the server anymore. 

Also when I get DC from the server all the other apps like chrome, discord etc. and the network itself works fine, it appears as only the server isn't working properly for me.

 

If you have any ideas that might help me I'd be very thankful.

Still not solved.

Whenever I get the DC the forum chatbox also disconnects, rest of the websites and network are completely fine. 

Ran ping test for packet loss on both server and google, both show 0%.

No events showing anything about a failure causing these DCs.

Thank you for your reports.

The disconnections do not appear to be caused directly by our game or web services but rather by the hosting provider.

We have taken the necessary steps on our end and are awaiting their response.

UPDATE

Been able to play for the past hour without any disconnections, seems much more stable now.

I will update here if anything changes but generally it seems like it's been solved,

DC issue is still not fixed and became intolerable, I am simply unable to play...
