Staff skill cooldown

I play mage and staff is the only thing we have if we solo pk, putting a cooldown even if it's a short cool down is one of the dumbest things I've seen, I dont recall any other server having a cool down. If you wanna nerf the dmg fine, if you wanna nerf the novas great. Do not put cool down on skills that don't usually have them. Just completely fucks with people's combos

Like I told you in discord, change the Enforce Skill GCDs option in Options Editor.

What is really the dumbest thing is staff skill RANGE attack. I have play mages in many servers and this one has same or more range as a Raptor. Crazy

if you have played mages before you should've known that staff range and warrior range with raptor is almost the same generally in KO
