Resolved Archer Bug skill 5-3 arrow

Archer 5-3 arrow skill dont cast/making damage,it makes the animation of casting skill but there is no damage and when that happens the far skills still working ,for example i can cast Dark Pursuit ,light,ice shot or even simple attack arrow but cant cast multiple arrow skills,didnt do something specificate i was just farming boss at eslant or at FT( at FT sometimes even single arrows didnt work and i was kicked ) event or  at Bifrost event and RLB event and 1 time it happened at Booro orc side.The first time i noticed something like that is about 2 months not sure exactly and it was 1 time i didnt say something i thinked that is just a bug and it happens but later i got that bug enough times,it only fixed with relogin to game to fix that bug and 1 time was fixed when i open PUS catalog but after that  1 time it didnt work again.*mostly im farming solo or with my priest and its at different pc and internet connection my 2 pc's dont have any other program or game its just for KO gaming.Thats all i have to say about that problem and i tell all the details i have on mind i didnt noticed something else as far.

I noticed it being like that on CSW monument, its bugged.

edit: today noticed it fails on eslant and emc bosses with mouse click combo it almost almost never registered i had to switch to slower arrow/wasd combo

bump, it fails to register almost everytime now with mouseclick combo while using 5-3

seems like server restart resolved the issue hopefully it wont come back

there'll be changes about this on next restart
