He is using only Wolf or PUS Scroll what makes him a half waeker than other battle priests. So is he gonna cry bout his weakness and if he figure it out there is a item which gives him more power he well be talking its broken? Why do You always talk about being broken, bad, unbalanced when you are victim and not when you are on top by using better class/items/technics? (But it's fuc..ing expensive) And yes, asking and reporting to dispel doubts is good action but assuming someone is a cheater, hacker and talking to others that he is to spam his PM is pathetic(more when your gear is $bought$ and u use skill macro).
