First of all, what we (the staff) consider as a clan item drop:

When a party is consisted ONLY of members of the same clan, any item drop from monsters is considered as a clan item drop and clan leader has the right to ask for the item.

*In other words, if there's at least a party member with a different clan name above character's head (even if the person who plays with that character has alternative characters who are in that clan), then that party is not considered a clan party therefore item drop is not considered as a clan item drop.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

Öncelikle belirtmeliyiz ki bizler yönetim olarak bir itemin clan drobu olabilmesini ancak şu şartlarda kabul ediyoruz.

SADECE aynı clan üyelerinden oluşmuş bir partinin düşürdüğü item clan drobu olarak kabul edilir ve clan liderinin item kime düştüyse isteme hakkı vardır.

*Bir başka deyişle, partideki herhangi birisinin başının üstünde başka bir clan ismi varsa ( ki bu karakter sahibinin o clanda başka bir karakteri olsa bile) bu parti clan parti olarak kabul edilmez, dolayısıyla item de clan drobu olmaz.

1. Clan drobu çalınması durumu ile ilgili bir şikayet geldiğinde yönetim olarak bizler nasıl davranmalıyız?

* Hiçbir şey yapmayın.

* Drobu alıp kaçan her kimse herhangi bir pay vermeden drobu isteyin, reddeder veya itemi satmaya kalkarsa (PC+IP) kalıcı olarak banlayın.

* Drobu alıp kaçan her kimse itemi geri vermesini isteyin ve (item fiyatı/partideki kişi sayısı) oranında pay verin. Eğer bunu reddeder veya itemi satmaya kalkarsa (PC+IP) kalıcı olarak banlayın.

Ask the scammer to give item back (for item's_price / party_count = scammer's_share in return) and if he denies or sells the item then;

- get the item back (or the coin/kc/item he traded for that item) and return it to the real owner (Clan Leader).

the item belongs to the outgoing person. You don't have to be greedy, if you want to do business with someone, bear the consequences

I personally feel that staff should do something about the scammer, example like return back the item's to clan leader or the owner of the item's but not as bad as ban the player on first scam. Those scammer can be banned on 2nd attemp of scam and on 3rd attemp on scam which will lead to IP address ban. If staff don't take any action on those scammers, that would lead to alot of scam cases in this server and that is very unhealthy. When this kind of cases exist in server which staff don't take any actions, will lead  to good and active farmers to leave the server due to unjustice. That is just my point of view, rest is up to you guys.
