Confirmed, the elemental damage is buguing the repel damage.

i have wop1, tested at arena. Repel doesnt work if rogue is using the wing, but work if priest is using the wing. rogue use shio tears+1, and priest uses rol. maybe its the elemental ring bug. really should check this, since the major difference is this repell damage.
