@JON since the last update, there has been an issue with the IP restriction. even if you have an active premium service in both accounts, you are not allowed to register for events with IP restrictions. it will be resolved in the upcoming updates.

well, this is the first occurrence in a very long time (since beta if I am not mistaken), so I assume it might be a special case. however, I need more information, including the date and time, character name, and the names of any other participants in that BDW. I'm also wondering if changing the leader or kicking out players (through right click menu) works in BDW and JM. we were meant to test it, but somehow it was forgotten along the way.. hopefully that was the reason you encountered the bug.

I just tested the Phoenix Wings [1] both Elemental and Repel damages work fine.. could you record a video ? because I cannot tell how you managed to see no results from both of them. also, never test damage against dummies, their stats are high so the tests on them cannot be accurate, because the difference you notice might be as small as 0.01%. so, if you want to test it against mobs then you should do it against worms.

go to display settings and make sure that "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" is set to 100% (Recommended).

Try out the new items and if you believe that they're unbalanced then provide your test results and we'll sort it out. We had these balanced in previous launch and there were no issues.

at first glance, it appears to be a visual bug, moving this to the appropriate section so that we can review the reported user for potential cheating.

As of July 22, 2022, the use of those tools is considered a bannable offense, and there is no possibility of getting unbanned.
